All items sold through The Surf Outlet are final sale. Special circumstances below.

We specialize in open-box items, demos, samples, and warehouse backstock offered at reduced, outlet pricing. Because of this pricing model, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Every item is:

  • Inspected and verified

  • Cleared for sale before shipping
    What you see is exactly what you receive.

  • While all sales are final, we understand that issues can happen. We’re open to helping in limited situations where a purchase falls into one of the following categories:

    • Incorrect Size

    • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Read more specific details on each of these two categories below.

  • For wetsuits and other sized items, we may accept an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

    To be eligible for a size exchange:

    • Item must be unused

    • All original tags must be attached

    • Original box and all included items must be returned

    • Exchange request must be approved prior to return

    Exchanges are limited to sizing only. Style, model, or product swaps are not permitted.

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution if applicable.

  • Our pricing is only possible because we operate without returns. No extra discounts, no inflated pricing - just honest outlet pricing on premium gear.
